We know how challenging it is for a church to understand the unique working situation of a youth staff person and how difficult it is for a church to find, support, develop, and retain them. To address these challenges, the Association of Conference Youth Staff of the Southeastern Jurisdiction of The United Methodist Church constructed Youth Ministry Staff Position Recommendations.
